We are seeking a highly energetic appointment setters to work from home! Your duties will including making and receiving calls from people interested in selling their home to us. As well as cold calling leads that could benefit from our real estate services. Full time or part time available.
You must go through a one week training period – you will master the art of sales and learn how to control the flow of conversations to help out people who are looking to sell their homes. We provide an extensive procedure documentation. Pay will be increased based on appointments made after 2 months.
Skills Required:
-Ability to cope with rejection
-Consistency with calling hours
-Excellent phone manner and articulation
-Excellent communication and rapport building skills
-Good listening skills
-Outgoing and energetic attitude
-Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
