Job Summary:
We are looking for hard working and self-motivated Administrative and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist and well organised and confident to work alone as well as part of a team. If this sounds like you then keep reading!
Key Responsibilities:
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Ensure accuracy of the budget and manage timelines
• Answering the telephone and handle client inquiries
• Honor Billing Revenue tracking and posting
• Various Month End standard postings
• Maintenance of records and filing
• Other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements:
• High attention to detail
• Great time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Very effective organizational skills
• Able to prioritize in a busy work environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
