Job Description:

We are looking for a self motivated and hard working Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processes and data entry functions, we provide adequate training to ensure you do your job correctly. If this sounds like you then keep reading!

The Responsibilities:

- Ability to identify customer needs and obstacles and take the necessary steps to problem solve
- Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
- Review and process incoming orders efficiently and in a timely fashion
- Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
- Record keeping and filing of all paperwork
- Prepare and file documents for scanning
- Performs other duties as assigned

The Requirements:

- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Previous experience of a minimum 1 year
- Effective verbal, listening and communication skills
- Very effective organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and a self-starter with a strong attention to detail
- A quick-learner with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Superior computer skills and comfortable working with Microsoft Office Excel, Word
