Are you looking to set your own hours?
My company Velocity House Buyers is looking to hire a prospector/cold caller who would be making outbound phone calls for the company on a daily basis.
Some of the requirements are as follows.
You must be US based. We are not looking to hire overseas virtual assistants.
You must be interested in this position for the foreseeable future. We are not looking for people who are going to "try it out".No dabblers allowed here.
You must be open to getting trained by me, the company owner on exactly how our systems and processes work.
You must be able to demonstrate a great level of character and have a growth mindset. We only hire people with growth mindsets who are willing to be problem solvers.
To begin, you must be willing to put two hours a day in on every single weekday. This is a major requirement. You must be able to put two hours in. You also need an excellent internet connection because this position would be a 100% virtual.
You must be willing to hold yourself accountable and be held accountable to hit specific numbers every week. This job is heavily results-based and if you are not productive, you will not be sticking around for the long haul.
This role requires the prospector to call on all new leads in the company's database.
The role also requires the prospector to call on any lead in the database that the company has not established contact with.
The person we select will be required to leave voicemails with specific phone numbers and also use a texting platform to get in touch with leads via texting.
This role will also require you to use skip tracing software that the owner will provide in order to try to find better phone numbers and other points of contact to establish on leads.
You will be required to report your numbers on a daily basis on the activities that you completed and those numbers will be put into a daily scorecard so the company can track the results. The main objective of this role is to generate qualified leads that the company can make offers on in order to purchase more investment properties. You will not be required to close the deal over the phone, the only thing that we are going to be measuring is the leads that the prospector is going to be generating. You will be provided a steady stream of new properties to call on every single workday.
You will be provided excellent training from me on exactly how to do this position effectively and efficiently and the training will be recorded for you to have access to. You will also have a specific blueprint and requirements to follow every day to ensure maximum productivity during the two hours of working every day. This could be a great fit for the following. Somebody who wants to work a few hours a day but work hard and smart during those few hours.
Someone who wants to work for a growing company and be a part of the team for the long haul and grow together.
Someone who wants to find something new to do and wants to be apart of a growing company.
Also, you must be open to learning basic sales skills and scripting to ensure you have the most effective results possible. This is NOT for someone who has a Fixed mindset and a nongrowth mentality. This is NOT for someone who is lazy and wants to make "easy money".This is NOT for someone who is looking to NOT give it you're all for 2 hours every weekday. They must have a desire to achieve great results for the company and themselves.
This job is NOT for someone who wants to "see how its done" for a few weeks and then quit. This is for someone who wants to be a key member of a team.
In the beginning, this is only going to be 2 hours every single work day so it is going to be a part-time job. If the results are spectacular and the person that we select is a total rock star there will be an opportunity to work more hours and grow within the company.
