Cold Calling / Lead Generation for Employment Agency

Employment Agency requires Business Development Associate to call directory of business contacts to see if they are hiring (or plan to hire) staff.

These will be cold calls. The BDA will not be required to sell anything, but will be required to introduce our employment agency to the caller. If the called party is interested, the BDA will record the lead along with any relevant notes about the call or the client requirement. One of the recruiters from our Employment Agency will then follow-up on the lead.

Calls need to be made during Singapore business hours.
