Need Out bounders who are best at sales conversion

I am looking to hire telecallers/ BPO people who can bring in more business for my client.

The person should have good experience and expertise in telecalling and should be self-driven. Task is basically to help me convert more leads for my client. Payment will be per successful lead/ performance based payment, and NOT hour based.
Also, payments will happen every week and will always happen on time.
Please get in touch if you are happy and satisfied with the above arrangement. This is serious business and I will like to engage in long-term good relationship with 2-3 telecallers for this. More details to be shared with shortlisted candidates.

We are ready to pay $4 per hour for a 10 hr job trial.
1. If you give us 1 successful lead in this 10 hour trial, we will choose you for a long-term project. And also pay you $10 extra for every successful lead henceforth, apart from the $4 per hour money.
2. If you fail to give even 1 lead in this 10 hour trial we will proceed with some other out-bounder as we will not like to pay for unproductive hours.

This is promising and long term contract, particularly if you manage a team and wish to have good volume of work.
