About The Role:
We are currently seeking talented, highly motivated and well organised Office Administrator and Data Entry Clerk to join our friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processes and data entry functions, we strongly believe your success is our success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Invoicing, entering payments in Accounting Programme
• Processing numerous credit card transactions daily
• Record keeping and filing of all paperwork
• Perform other office duties as required
• Monitoring of corporate email account
• Database maintenance

• High attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service
• Proactive, mature and professional approach to work
• Flexibility and adaptability to various skill levels of tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent time management
• Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise workload
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
