We have a list of leads to start with and I will show you how to find more if you don't know how. We will train over video conference, going through the telemarketing conversation. We will ask and answer any questions to make sure you have a good understanding of the purpose of each question you are asking. We want to know what investors are looking for so we can find it for them. Your job is to get them to answer a list of specific questions.
After training for this job, you will have a new understanding of psychology and be a better salesperson yourself.
We want to establish a relationship with the prospect so you will be expected to follow up in an email verifying the conversation. We want to make sure they know what to expect from us and we want to know what they are looking for so we can get yes's out of them.
You will type up the email, send to me for review and approval, then add them to our buyer's list with all necessary info. This is kept in an excel spreadsheet.
My hope is to find a representative that I can come back to in the future as this is only the first phase of the project. Future projects will likely pay much better as we are just getting started. Thank you for your consideration.
P.S. Applicants must speak clearly and have a reliable and clear connection. We should have at least 50 completed leads within 2-3 days. This first phase of the project will last until we have 100 completed leads. Next phase will start within a few days after.
