Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting qualified agents that would answer YES to the questions below:
• Do you have Outbound Appointment Setting Experience in Dealing with People over The Phone?
• Do you have a "Clear" Phone Voice, Alligator Skin and a High Level of Dependability?
• Do you have an Outgoing and Energetic Personality with a Positive and Winning Attitude?
• Do you have the Confidence to Represent Yourself and the Company in a Professional Manner?
• Are you able to commit to 8 hours per day?
We are looking for committed and dependable agents to work 5 days a week,
Requirements:
• A strong understanding of advertising & marketing.
• The applicant should be a people person who enjoys working with others and effectively builds strong relationships.
• High-Speed Internet Connection and a USB Headset!! You must have Skype Downloaded & installed and have basic knowledge of PDF forms.
Required Experience:
• Sales: 1 year
• Appointment Scheduling: 1 year
• Telemarketing: 1 year
• Lead Generation: 1 year
• Cold Calls: 1 year
• English Required Language
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday 9:00AM EST-8:00PM EST (8 hours in the time frame that we open)
Saturday 9:00AM EST-4:00PM EST

• Set your own hours
Reps who have Solar or Home Improvement Experience do very well!! An Experienced agent should be able to book 1-2 inspections an hour. Pay is weekly for Appointments set the previous week with the week ending every Saturday.
