For business owners, we present a solution package to help them maximize their profit and minimize their risk and cost of running a business. Your first follow up call is to make sure they visited the website or encourage them to visit the website for 5 minute and call back to follow up on this. For your first 12 hours, we pay $3 per hour + $100 per case closed. After the initial 12 hours, you should be able to feel confident about closing sales. If you don't have a good closing skill or good ability to follow directions, please don't even bother to apply.

After 12 hours, you will be on performance base of $150 per case closed. If you can close 1 case per 10 hours, that means you are making $15 per hour by working with us. If you close one case per 5 hours, then you are making $30/hour, which is what our telemarketer averages after working with us for one month.

For every 3 hours you complete your phone calls, we will stop to listen to your phone call on ODialer and have some discussions, the purpose is to help you raise your closing rate. After 12 hours of phone calls, you should be able to determine if this can be your lifelong career, you will be on your own and we no longer need to monitor your phone calls. If we sense you do not have what it takes to make this a success for yourself, we might end the contract after the 3rd, 6th, or 9th hours of completion on phone calls.
