Telemarketer with Life Insurance/ Financial Services Experience Wanted

We are looking for a telemarketer who has either Life Insurance/ Retirement Planning or related financial services experience who can speak PERFECT ENGLISH with B to C experience calling on American consumers /companies.
You will be provided with scripts and files to call from with ongoing mentoring.

Pay will be by the hour depending on experience + bonus of $20- $50 US for each lead that converts to a sale.

We are looking to hire ONE FREELANCER AT A TIME, but will eventually need more.

The Premise: There are 10,000 people a day turning 65 which represents a generation (Baby Boomers) which represents the biggest wealth transfer in US history. These people need to make their assets safer, which is what we help them accomplish. They need to talk to someone about their 401K. 403B, IRA, etc. who will help them reduce their risk, lower taxes and create income in retirement.

Our services: life insurance, mortgage protection, Medicare Supplements, retirement planning, estate planning

All you will do is qualify prospects while cold-calling and schedule a callback for those who are interested in talking with one of our brokers. You will need to display a Florida caller ID (561 or 954 area code) when making outbound calls.


Requirements:

MUST be able to speak PERFECT ENGLISH and have excellent listening skills- no heavy accents, please.
Have access to a dialer/VOIP. CRM/ Skype or other means of making calls - we do NOT pay any subscription fees
Have experience with Excel files, Google Sheets and Google Drive
Must BE ABLE TO MAKE CALLS FROM 8:30 -10:30 and/ or 5:30-:7:30 PM EST
This project is currently 20 hrs /week- bids for anything else will go unanswered.
