About This Role:
We are looking for Office Admin and Data Entry Clerk who can support our team. The ideal applicant will be proactive and customer service focused. You will be the type of person who can organise and manage your time effectively. You must have a good ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Keeping riders happy by providing excellent customer service
• Learn the basic brokerage entry process as time permits
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Support general administration work
• Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Attributes:
• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• 1+ years’ experience in an similar role
• Demonstrated conflict resolutions skills
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
