Lead Generation Calls - Real Estate Expired Listings

First of all I need someone that is fully bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Calls will be to individuals that had a home for sale and the listing agreement ended the day before. These will be cold calls.

Ideally, call will be made first thing in the morning, EST GMT -04:00.

There is No SALE, all I need is an appointment to be set.

If it works out and appointments are solid, bonuses are possible!

Need to start off with 4 hours at the beginning since we are testing.
