A commodities executive search company is looking to hire a part time or full time telephone researcher to research the oil Trading markets in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have recruitment and more specifically executive search research experience in recruitment.
The role will be to market map oil trading companies and research the names and backgrounds of oil traders, oil operators and risk professionals.
Required Skills: -
- Excellent English / telephone mannor
- Good networking skills, ability to get past gatekeepers and research names
- Must have very good attention to detail, and be able to follow instructions with minimal guidance
- Must be self motivated and be able to work remotely
- KPI: 50 calls per day, with a target of speaking to 20 people per day
- Ensuring names and information is properly recorded on a spreadsheet
- Somebody who can work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
People with experience and a proficiency of doing telephone research / name gathering will be given first refusal especially candidates with oil / commodities knowledge. Expectations will be around people's ability to network and gather names & information on individuals.
The job will focus on telephone research and not internet research.
There will be a hourly rate of $5 USD per hour for 7 hours per day, however researchers will also qualify for a bonus on placement of candidates of a minimum of $250 USD up to $500 USD per placement. There will be a trial period of 1 month to see how candidates perform before committing to a long term agreement.
