Telemarketing/Appointment Setting for Healthcare Recruitment Business

Healthcare Recruitment Specialist Requires Expert Telemarketers.

Cold call care homes, nursing homes and private hospitals. Get past gatekeepers and speak to the person responsible for recruiting nurses.

- qualify the lead and confirm that they have a need for temporary or permanent staff
- secure an appointment for a follow up call (this will be made by the Commercial Director)

Data and script will be provided.

Working Hours:

3 days per week.

9am to 5pm (UK)

Expectations:

- 150 calls per day
- 8 appointments per day for follow up calls.

Rewards:

Good hourly rate plus incentives for hitting targets.

PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking a total of 3 agents but will trial more people over a period of one week and retain the best performers. Trial period will be paid at the normal rate.
