You will be calling business owners as well as employees who pick up the phone because we have something to offer to a business owner and another to offer to an employee. So you can profit from talking to both. Phone scripts will be provided, if you stay calm and follow the script, you should have a good result.

For business owners, we present a solution package to help them maximize their profit and minimize their risk and cost of running a business.

For employees, we present something that can help them start a business of their own with US government money.

For your first 12 hours, we pay $7 per hour + $50 per case closed. After the initial 12 hours, you should be able to feel confident about closing sales. If you don't have a good closing skill or good ability to follow directions, please don't even bother to apply.

After 12 hours, you will be on performance base of $150 per case closed. If you can close 1 case per 10 hours, that means you are making $15 per hour by working with us. If you close one case per 5 hours, then you are making $30/hour.

For the companies you will be calling, we already broadcast them a message and are sure someone listened to the message before you call (or, at least the message is left to an answering machine), so you are really calling to follow up instead of a brand new cold call, which should also play a part in raising your closing ratio.

For every 3 hours you complete your phone calls, we will stop to listen to your phone call on ODialer and have some discussions, the purpose is to help you raise your closing rate. After 12 hours of phone calls, you should be able to determine if this can be your lifelong career, you will be on your own and we no longer need to monitor your phone calls. If we sense you do not have what it takes to make this a success for yourself, we might end the contract after the 3rd, 6th, or 9th hours of completion on phone calls.

After watching the videos training under "Sample call script", if you know this is the right job for you, please use a blank piece of paper to write down (no typing) why you want to work with us, how you think you can contribute, a little introduction about yourself, your experiences of success and failure as an outbounder, and how much you wish to make per week. Also, if you are a good closer and trainer and when the opportunity arises, are you willing to move to USA or Canada? (You don't necessarily have to move, it's just something we like to know and keep on file.) What State or Province would you prefer to move to? Scan or take a picture of the paper and send to us as an attachment via Outbounder, email, or skype.
