Data Entry and Entry Level Clerk Wanted

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Data Entry Clerk with excellent interpersonal and computer skills and with experience of working in a similar role, You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support including call handling and data entry, with high quality and in a timely manner.

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify key activities/products of exhibitors and classify into pre-defined categories
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of large data sets across multiple data types
• Ensuring daily targets are met working to the productivity scores required
• Reviewing data for errors, correcting and checking output
• Maintains office data base by entering data
• Perform various office duties as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoy working effectively in a team
• Experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy working to deadlines having good time management
• Be able to demonstrate problem solving ability and initiative
• Have a high level of literacy skills, preferably fluent in English
• Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft and using the internet
