A top tier executive search firm based in Singapore is looking to hire hire an recruitment researcher with at least 2 years minimum experience in cold calling and networking senior professionals. Candidates with Oil & Gas / Commodities research experience will be highly advantageous.
This role will be to collect information on companies typically based in Singapore that are specialized either in oil trading (Traders, cargo operations, risk professionals) or upstream oil and gas engineers (Oil Majors, oilfield service companies, drilling contractors)
The right candidate will have the following skills & experience: -
- Minimum 2 years cold calling experience in a executive search environment
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to extract information from people
- Strong networking and communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to get past gatekeepers efficiently
- Experience of research in a executive search / recruitment environment
- Experience of the oil and gas markets / commodities trading markets would be advantageous
- Must be a self starter, self motivated to daily KPI call targets and hit the ground running with minimum training
The successful candidate will be offered 4 hours per day initially (2pm – 6pm Singapore hours) but hours can be increased on continuing success. The hourly rate will be $5 US Dollars per hour and an additional bonus will be paid based on the successful placement of a candidate ($500 minimum per candidate). Successful applicants should expect to be working towards 2 placements per month.
There is a opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a senior researcher / consultant role after proving themselves capable in the first 12 months. The criteria for progression will be consistently achieving daily KPIs, and the quality of qualified proven data collected over this period.
