Outbound Telemarketing Calls

Help me with my Telemarketing needs. I have lists of DNC Scrubbed Names, Phone Numbers, and Addresses of Individuals that I am needing someone to call to generate qualified leads and set appointments. Hours for calls are:
Wednesdays 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Thursday's 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday's 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time, USA
Excel sheets with names addresses and phone numbers provided
Call Scripts provided
