We are looking for a candidate who can handle inside sales for our real estate investment company. We generate plenty of leads who are in need of selling their home.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and looking to grow.
BEST INCENTIVES & COMMISSIONS around!!
Your duties in this position will include:
- Being the first and main point of contact with our warm lead sellers who are already interested in selling their property to us.
-Collecting information on the property and the owner's situation.
-Determining a rough idea of the property's valuation (and having it approved by our sales manager)
-Organizing leads in our CRM.
-Managing follow-up with past leads
-Making offers to seller leads in our database
-Sending purchase agreements to sellers when our offers are accepted.
If you're great with talking to people and are a fast learner, you'll be a great fit!
You will be trained by professional members of our team. We will also have full training videos to guide you to be successful behind the phone.
Project Type: Ongoing project
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
1. Have you done any sales in the past?
2. Are you familiar with the Washington, D.C. area?
3. Are you able to make 60+ calls to warm leads in our database per day?
4. Are you available for 30-40 hours per week?
5. Do you have any real estate experience?
