Outside Sales Customer Service Representative Needed

I am a painting contractor that has developed painting tools over the years and I have launched my first product. The Paint Plug. I am new to the retail industry and I am looking to work with a outbound sales rep to sell my product

• Ensures quality customer service through personal interaction with potential client
• Executes sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow sales
• Quotes prices and prepares sales orders obtained
• Introduces and demonstrates new products for clients as needed.
• Monitors and tracks product levels of inventory of product in the store to ensure customer’s needs are met
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries, product quality or service.
• Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
• Generate profitable sales orders
• Makes personal sales calls at customer on a regular basis.
