We have an online service to help beauty salons find staff members. It is a subscription service that allows the employer to download unlimited jobs into our system for only $19.99 per month. They can list multiple positions and change the content of their posting as frequently as they like. We recommend that they post a profile of their salon that explains the benefits of working there and keep it active even if they don't have a job opening. In this industry the salon owner never knows when stylists will walk out.
We have thousands of job seekers in our system who have downloaded our free app where they can post their profile to be viewed by the employers. These job seekers can search for available positions by zip code through the app.
This position requires the person to speak with the salon owner and tell them about the affordability of our system compared to other recruitment methods they use such as Indeed or Craigslist plus the opportunity for them to update it whenever they want. They are also able to review potential staff members through the profiles that are available on our site.
