Appointment Setter( Cold Calling) Fluent English please

Job Description:
-Looking for an Experienced Appointment Setter that can work 4 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.
-Calling homeowners out of the blue to see if they will sell you their home for cash.
-You will be reading a script and using a dialing software
-BONUSES
-USING CRM

PREFRENCE/ NOT REQUIRED:
-Speak Spanish
-Female
-Knowledge in real estate
-Experience with a CRM (podio)
-Experience with MOJO Dialer
- Real Estate Investment Experience
- Has used Zillow.com, Realtor.com ect.

Job Type: Part-time

Project Type: Ongoing project, looking for someone to grow with the company.

You will be asked to answer the following questions:

1.Have you used Podio (CRM) and Mojo Sales ?
Have you worked for an investment company ?
Have you Worked in the Real Estate Industry
Will you be able to work from 4-8 Pm Eastern time(USA)
Have you Made calls to Homeowners ?
