Appointment Setters Needed (Inbound and Outbound)

I need skilled B2B appointment setters to make outbound calls to business owners using our online phone dialer. Also looking for people who can also receive INBOUND calls from interested leads. (The ability to take inbound calls is preferred but not required)


This is NOT a sales job. GENEROUS BONUSES GIVEN OUT!!!!!

Job pays up to $8 per hour (Depending On Experience and Results Obtained) with RAISES AFTER SHORT TRIAL PERIOD. For those who can produce results....you will make much more than those just looking at the hourly perspective......this I know!!!

I am looking for callers with the BEST rate and skills and we are open to raising that rate for those who can produce results. Are you willing to PROVE what you can do first???? If so then I am more than happy to pay higher rates AFTER if you can prove you can get me results


Your job will be to read a short script and attempt to speak with the decision maker in order to set appointments for our sales team. You will also be responsible for updating contact information once you reach someone on the phone

Please let me know if you have any B2B cold calling experience and if so.....how many months/years.

VERY IMPORTANT that you speak clear and fluent (american) English (little or no accent) therefore I will need to be able to hear a recording of you speaking. To be considered it is required you send me a recording of you reading a script or something at least 15 seconds long to be considered. I want to know that you actually took the time to read this job description therefore please tell me your favorite animal at the very beginning of your reply to this job ad

IMPORTANT: You must be available to make calls for a minimum of three hours during the time period of 9am to 2pm PST . This does not mean you will be calling this entire time but you need to be available to call during those times. Your calling shift will most likely start off with 3 hours per day....monday thru friday....and increase up to 5 hours per day after your trial period (if you want more hours)



Bonuses >>> Generous Bonuses available for appointment sets. Although the hourly may not be high....I believe in paying out good bonuses based on performance and results and not just activity
