Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Hours are from 1 PM to 7 PM pst
Make Outbound Calls to Warm Leads interested in a Mortgage
Pre-Screen borrowers by gathering basic information via simple telemarketing script
Transfer interested borrowers to the Loan Officers
Set appointments with borrowers for the Loan Officers to follow up
$$$ Bonus per successful closed file

Qualifications and Skills

2 Years Outbound Phone Experience
Friendly, Motivated, Team Player
Familiarity with PC Computer, Phone and MS Office Products
Able to take direction and read a simple script
Job Type: Part-Time
