We are looking for female Hispanic real estate agents to feature in a video interview series. You will be calling these agents in the US to see if they would like to be interviewed and featured in an online video interview show.
Agents will be paid on a per sale basis. The agent's job title for this project is "field producer". As a field producer, you will be calling targeted businesses asking to speak to the CEO/President/Owner of the company because we would like to interview them as an expert in their profession.
This is very different than most sales positions because your positioning to the client is a position of authority. You are a field producer looking for an expert to interview. You are NOT a salesperson. You will be treated with much more respect than if they view you as a salesperson.
This will be the most fun and profitable sales position you have ever had. We have a word for word script for you to use. We have video training for you to watch to understand the psychology and to train you how to properly address the client. We also will reward you with bonuses when you reach milestones. We are looking for A team players and when we find you, we take very good care of you!
We have all the training necessary for you to have amazing success and to truly provide something of great value to the client.
