Need Outbounder for small business owner prospecting

We’re a US-based firm that provides basic responsive website design and SEO services work for small US business owners. We're basically customizing off of a standard set of templates and charge a set, flat rate for the first 5 pages. Our services are designed for the business that doesn't have a website, has a site that's not mobile-friendly, or relies solely on Facebook today.

Given the platform we use, the websites can be designed and implemented with no more than 5 hours of work on average. There is little-to-no HTML, CSS or JAVA coding involved.

We are looking for an outbound rep to help with prospecting and will pay $200 for each client that contracts us for a website.
