I need skilled outbounders that have experience calling on businesses and specifically accounts payable and collecting on current and past due invoices, processing and applying payments, emailing receipts. Must be very flexible to be soft while still being firm. Must be able to follow instructions to collect payments from customers and be able to resolve any customer service issues.
