I need a sales agent to make calls intending to set appointments for real estate listings

Our market in Jacksonville is expanding rapidly as you read this! I am looking to expand my team and bring on a strong sales agent to set more appointments grow our production.
At Keller-Williams, we are a technology driven brokerage.

The sales agent hired will be in charge of making outbound calls and taking inbound calls towards setting listing appointments for our real estate brokerage. This position is part-time with base pay and bonus's based off of closed sales.
You can expect to make $40,000 - $70,000 your first year and more from there.

What are we looking for?
- A self-motivated, ambitious individual for a very rewarding part-time sales position!

- Someone who enjoys working with different types of people

- You will need good verbal and and written communication skills

- Someone with direct sales experience, telemarketing experience, or some real estate experience would be best but not necessary.

- Someone who takes initiative to grow because most of the pay coming from this position will be from bonus's.

Job Responsibilities:

- Consult with potential clients to discover how we can help them with their real estate needs

- Prospect for clients 5 days a week through making phone calls

- "Always be closing" on appointments through providing your best services and advice to clients on how we can help them accomplish their real estate goals.

Job Qualifications:

- Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude

- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies

- Customer service, direct sales, real estate, or telemarketing background is preferred

- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Show resilience and persistence through challenging situations

- Show good organizational and time management skills

- The desire to learn and grow.
