Need out-bounders to call my prospects

The agent will be provided approximately 400 phone numbers per day to call in an effort to establish a live transfer with a licensed health insurance sales agent. Every time a live transfer turns into a new issued health policy the out-bounder agent will be paid $25USD. $25USD is our starting pay. The right out-bounder agent can make up to $50-75USD per day as performance increases.

If the caller is not able to speak with a health insurance agent at the time of the call, the out-bounder agent will schedule an appointment for the caller with a health insurance agent at a later date using an appointment scheduling system we provide to the out-bounder agent.
