Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Sales Operations Manager
Position Overview:
Our client, has an online day-to-day lead generation tool that provides information on Canadian construction, investment and development projects in the industrial and real estate world before they are launched. From initial stages to final completion of projects, customers are kept informed, regardless of the stage they are in at any given moment. Powerful and user-friendly, the online interface provides a simple and flexible look at the market.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for all aspects of professional sales and generating revenue for our client by developing market potential through prospecting via cold calls and emails, qualification, conducting demos and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
• Represent client product and service offerings in Canada
• Identify new clients by contacting and qualifying accounts
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation/demo; understanding account requirements
• Conduct cold call and email campaigns
• Search for potential customers and booking appointments (emails and calls)
• Close sales
• Provide management with duly reporting
• Keeping / building / managing CRM database
• Other sales and administrative tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in inside sales role
• Previous tele-sales experience is an asset
• Proven experience selling in multi-level organizations
• Not afraid to cold call (70+ calls per day)
• Must possess energetic sales attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
