Assistant needed for a Mobile Physiotherapy Business

I need an outbounder who will be able to:
- receive calls from new or prospective clients and convert queries into bookings
- take new client information over the phone
- follow up/call online and email enquiries
- schedule home visit appointments for physiotherapist: including using google maps to calculate the time it will take for therapist to travel between appointments
- handle queries and concerns from customers
- re-schedule appointments, manage cancellations, etc.
- manage and schedule bookings using powerdiary (access and training will be given)
- use google drive to access patient documents and upload to powerdiary
- regularly communicate with therapist
- become a valued member of a growing team
- commit to longer-term employment
