Kindly Read the complete Job Description before Applying to the Job.
1. We are in Need of Telesales agents who worked previously with Energy Switching campaign in US for at least 6 months.
2. We not need to experience agents of any agency registered over here we are only looking for performers who can work on target based and are quite sure that they can achieve the target and are productive from Day 1. Those who want 1 week of time for agents to come across with campaign we are sorry for them we only need performers.
3. Agents will be given with first week payout on fixed basis before transferring the contract to hourly base. so only those who will perform from day 1 they can be hired on hourly basis else wise positions are open on fixed basis.
If any agency/individual who think they are good performers in the Energy Switching services can apply for the job. The proposal must contain the following points covered
1. Total Experience of the agent. (If agency than they will Provide the experience of agents individually by names)
2. Two relevant recording of the campaign must be attached along with the proposal.
Hiring Procedure will Be:
1. Complete screening of the agent/ agency
2. 1 week work on fixed basis.
3. Upon successful completion of the above the agent/agency will be hired on 1 year contract on hourly basis.
