Requirement: Female individual with good English speaking skill. You need outbound calling to USA. Skype or similar. This is a 20 hour per month job. I am looking for someone with $2.5/hour. Use google docs and google voice. Phone interview needed to qualify for this job. We need a virtual assistant to do the following jobs.
1. Search provided web sites and news papers for properties for sale by owners (FSBO) in the zip code or areas provided and call them to find information and fill out our property information sheets and email us.
2. We will send you some sellers lists. Call them and fill our property info sheets and email them to us.
3. Run "I Buy Houses" ads on various sites in our area so that the sellers could call us and we will forward that info to you to call them back.
4. Build buyers and sellers database in google docs.
Training to fill out the sheets and web sites to search will be provided. I am looking for a VA for 20 hours a month. That would translate to about 5 hours per week. I need an average of at least 3 to 4 property information sheets filled out in an hour.
