Searching for experienced caller to set appointments for warm leads that come from online inquiries.
Pay is $3.50 USD/hour plus a $10/closing bonus (for sales that close from appointments you make) plus bonuses.
We are a real estate business (licensed agents/brokers) who need an experienced caller to make initial calls and follow up calls with our online leads. We have proven scripts and objection handlers to be used on calls. Goal of call is to *set a phone appointment with agents*. Your job is to set the initial phone meeting with our agents who will then screen leads for the next step in our sales process.
After we narrow applications to the top applications, we will run a paid 10-hour trial period of the final 2-5 candidates. 1-2 Successful Candidates will be selected AFTER the 10-day trial period.
Job hours and schedule:
This is a permanent, full-time (40-hr/week) position.
Work Hours: 5 am-1:30 PM M-F, on-call Saturday and afternoon/evenings to respond to lead calls that come in outside of normal work hours.
Pay: $3.50 USD/hour plus $10/bonus per closing from sales that come from appointments you make.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Purpose: To set phone appointments (unless lead wants to view a house – then you will set an in-person showing appointment which we will discuss how to do this) with warm leads and Dupuis Team Real Estate Agents.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Practice Scripts and role-play for setting appointments with incoming leads
2. Organize lead calls at end and beginning of day, prioritizing high-quality leads first.
3. Call new Buyer and Seller leads to set appointment
4. Call Follow up Seller and Buyer Leads to set appointment
5. Record lead call info into CRM (we use CINC CRM): Call info includes follow up notifications (does this lead need follow up?) Notes from the call whether positive or negative. And implement Follow-up Campaign once lead has gone through the initial call/email/text program.
6. Follow up with emails and texts to leads using CRM
7. Enter appointments made into agent calendar: Include time of meeting, location and a 30 min alert and driving time buffer for agent to drive to meeting location, send invite via calendar to agent so they know to respond to lead to touch base.
8. Organize CRM database
9. Research FSBO (For Sale By Owner) and Expireds leads to call for following day. And maintain lead database.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fluent and easily understood spoken English – Can we understand you when you speak?
Strong English comprehension – can you understand us and callers spoken to?
3+ years calling experience
Appointment setting experience
Ability to get Real Estate License in WA State – must have high school diploma, no felonies, 18 years old or older.
