Need outbounders to cold call

Your goal is to close on the first call the sale of the $89 package below.

Compensation $7/hour plus commission per sale $25

Target base#1: You'll be calling on real estate agents to start - Central Time Zone
Target base #2: I have many other businesses to call - ex: all new businesses, will add to your list on an as needed basis.
Calls are to be made between 9am and 12pm; 15 hour week max
Will consider higher base with no commission
