We want a outbounder to act as a HR person and call Real-Estate agents in USA for initial screening and recruiting support. Our client is a established real estate brokerage house that is looking to expand its team and would like to target certain types of realtor profiles. The job would require
- You to call the names and phone numbers of agents we provide.
- We expect this to be 40-80 hours of calling per month (10 hours to 10 hours per week)
- Using Script and presence of mind, position the hiring company as a high brand value and share benefits of working with Agents to make them interested.
- Ask qualifying questions to the candidate to see if they fit the criteria.
- If they seen meeting our recruiting criteria, set up interview meetings with the management of the company.
Candidate should be able to get up to speed, demonstrate great conversation style and excellent communication skills. We intend to use the calling platform at out bounders.
