Cold calling to qualify leads for US stock investments

Hello, i am looking to hire a female contractor who can call/cold call prospects in the UK from 9AM-4PM UK TIME and qualify them to see if they would be interested in investing in dynamic US Share market. will provide the script. must adhere to the script.
Also, must speak clear English. Must be able to understand British English and their accents. Must have pleasant voice.
I am willing to pay $1.50/hr plus another $2/each qualified approved lead.
