Need outbounders to call potential home buyers and home sellers

I need skilled outbounders to call our real estate prospects. The outbounder will call potential home buyers, home renters and home sellers and try to convert them into clients for our real estate agents.

The outbounder must have excellent spoken english skills, great communication skills, be able to stay focused on the goal, ability to handle objections gracefully, connect with prospects, and have great conversion ability.

Some of the leads will be potential buyers or renters that have signed up on our website to view homes. The outbounder must call these prospects to find out what they are looking for, occasionally offer incentives for working with our team, qualify the prospect, and convert the prospect into a client.


$3/h + $10/listing appointment or $5 per buyer conversion. Additional generous bonuses offered discretionary bases based on accomplishments.
