I have a real estate investment company and looking for someone to be my administration assistant. The duties will primarily include completing marketing activities for, Communicate with Sellers/Buyers, Advertisement design, Project renovation coordination, Managing contractors/Handy men, Listings, Answer all campaign calls, Schedule Showings, Talking to park managers, preparing closing paperwork on buying/Selling side, keeping accounting, scanning receipts, filing paperwork, training Assistants, finding Deals, negotiating deals, overseeing all Activities, as well as such other work as may be reasonably assigned by your supervisor.
