Telemarketer to Secure Email Addresses

I need two callers to call doctors offices STARTING ON MONDAY.

You simply ask them if we can send them some information about our upcoming medical seminar. If they agree you get their email address and send it to us. We send the information to them. You don't have to try to register them for the seminar...just get their email addresses.

You will also be speaking to whomever answers the phone (usually an office manager or receptionist and NOT the doctor).

Here is the entire script...

CALLER: Hi this is (name of caller) with (Name of Medical Organization). We’re sponsoring a seminar later this month for chiropractors and other healthcare professionals. The seminar is titled, Concussion Background, Management and Rehabilitation… and we thought that (name of doctor) might be interested in attending. So I’m calling to personally invite (name of doctor) and ask you if it’s OK to send him some information about our seminar.

DOCTOR’S OFFICE: I guess that would be OK.

CALLER: Great! We have an e-flyer that provides all the details about the seminar. What email address should we send it to?

DOCTOR’S OFFICE: Send it to drsmith@smithchiropractic.com

CALLER: Thanks very much! We’ll send that information out to you shortly. If you or (name of doctor) have any questions, our contact information is on the e-flyer.
