After a successful new product launch, we are now expanding our sales force and need a success oriented people person, with excellent english communication skills, to set-up appointments for our senior sales staff. Fortunately, our product is very compelling and is not difficult to get people interested in.
While it doesn't matter where you live, the successful candidate will be able to work during U.S. Eastern time zone business hours.
Compensation will come in (3) three forms:
Hourly wage
Bonus for each appointment held
Sales commission
The key to being successful in this role is your ability to make a lot of phone calls and do so with a smile and good attitude. This work is not for everyone. But if you have these abilities, you can earn good money and advance within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Use Skype to call prospects and schedule informational meetings
- Send follow up emails to provide information and confirm appointments
- Use our calendar and CRM systems
- Reschedule missed/canceled appointments
- Come up with creative and new ideas/strategies to approach clients.
- Proactively find ways to optimize our sales process and enhance our telemarketing campaign results
Requirements:
- Willingness to fearlessly call business people
- Fluent in spoken and written english
- Computer skills and a computer with a high-speed, stable Internet connection
- Ability to express yourself with confidence, enthusiasm, and optimism
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
- Resilient personality
- Ability to work independently
