I need skilled people who can track down leads for macneilservices.com (site in construction) because I am helping a client expand his waterproofing and pressure washing business. Every 7 years a hotel has to do a PIP (property improvement plan) and we want to find people who need their PIP's done. The Average job we take on is about $100,000. We are looking for people with a high amount of construction-type experience.
We will also be paying commission, but we're still figuring out percentages at this point.
