Sales Representative to promote a B2B international event and a marketplace

Hi there,
We're a startup that organizes next year the 3rd edition of an international event gathering decision makers in e-commerce and that just launched a B2B marketplace for e-retailers.

We're looking for candidates that can fulfill both team requirements and job description:
Team requirements:
• Long term and ongoing full time assignment (40 hours/week)
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm CEST (European time)
• Daily reports
• Modern laptop and high-speed internet (>10 Mo)
• Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and orally
• Focused on results and persistent

Job requirements:
• Contact prospects (often at C-level) both via email and phone
• Set appointments and close deals (NOT only appointment setting)
• Lead generation: identify occasionally relevant decision makers to increase pipeline (even though there is already a dedicated team for lead generation)
• Reporting in CRM

There is a bonus for closed deals, which is not capped and fully achievable.
