need chat sales agents for our company dating sites

i need a chat agent that will invite clients on a dating site and push to upgrade, we will pay per upgrade starting at $20 to $40 depending on the clients upgrade, we are also looking for a chat or call center to market the dating sites we have, same payment scheme or higher upon volume of sales generated
