We are always looking for sales experts for B2B and B2C initiatives.

The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, able to work independently and sell.

KPIs of the job are:

1. Excellent communication skills including a high standard of spoken and written English.


2. The ability to to carry out cold calling over an average shift of 2-4 hours
(B2B/B2C/ appointment setting/ relationship building and closing of sales - SLA of 15 calls per hour)


3. Quiet and undistracted work environment, with reliable internet, modern computer with headset and no regular power outage issues


4. Availability to work shifts at various times, according to client requirements.


5. Knowledge of google spreadsheets and google docs, plus experience working on CRMs ideal
but not essential as training will be provided.

This is a home-based, freelance position and we are looking for people to work a minimum of 20 hours each week. As a freelancer, shifts will be made available on our rota where you are able to confirm your availability.

There will be a variety of projects, some commission-based with higher potential earnings, others based on an hourly rate of £6 per hour.

Calls will be made using your computer and headset, using browser-based applications supplied by us. There is no cost to you, other than your own electricity and internet.

There will be an initial role-play based interview before we proceed to onboarding as we are looking for the absolute best candidates.

Your ability, attitude and potential is more important than a flashy CV, or 20 years of experience. We are looking for people who can influence and sell with enthusiasm, whilst working as part of a team.
