Outbound Calls and Emails

We are looking for a member to join our growing team!!!

We have a growing business in the car industry in Australia. We provide our customers with finance on vehicles and get them into a vehicle.

This is a position that we are creating to deal with the growing business. You would be working with a team of Outbounders who already are part of the team. There is opportunities for you to be rewarded for your hard work and grow within the company.

We would start you on 2 hours a day Monday to Friday until your confident in your tasks. Then you would move up to 8 hours a day Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm Brisbane Australia time zone.

KEY SKILLS
- High verbal and written ability
- Great understanding of verbal and written questions from customers
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Ability to understand systems quickly
- Ability to handle complaints verbally and by writting

TASKS YOU WOULD BE DOING
- Calling customers to let them know we have received their application and requesting them to send us documents
- Replying to emails
- Handling complaints
