Need Outbounders for Medical Brace Campaign.

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, we are looking for that special sales rep if you are a driven, smart and hard-working, outbound lead generation specialist to help us continue growing our business. Your peers see you as outgoing, a natural extrovert that's able to talk to anyone about anything.

Responsibilities:

Identify target prospects from lead lists, internet research, inbound contacts and tools such as the report system, email and outbound calling.
Reach out to contacts by email, phone, book meetings or follow ups with clients
Able to follow defined processes to build follow ups and close more sales
Fine tune messaging and develop an understanding of how to interact with the customers
Hit or exceed objectives on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Skills and personal traits:

Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and in spanish.
Communicating and Understanding people is one of your strong suits
Outgoing, energetic and welcoming of a new challenge.
A confident, clear communication style.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with medical sales is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Driven and self-motivated.
Able to effectively multitask.
Comfortable with cold calling
Experience in sales, with preference given to B2C, is a big plus but also B2B

An agent's daily tasks are:

Great phone skills as you will be making outbound phone calls every day.
Very comfortable with software and survey information inputing and outbound calling
Having worked with a dialer prior
Following up on the leads
College education or equivalent experience not necessary but a plus.
