We need a few Outbounders to set appointments with various business entities. We provide the script and the leads. We pay our Telemarketing Reps $4.00 per hour. If selected you would begin by working one of two 15 hour shifts, either 8:30 to 11:30 CST or 1:30 to 4:30 CST. If your performance is outstanding you will be given the opportunity to work both shifts.
Due to the nature of our calls we do not use the Power Dialer, instead we use Google Drive and each rep must provide their own method of delivering calls. Most reps we've hired use their own inexpensive Skype subscription or some have used Google Voice. Bottom line: We are looking for reps who want to work together for months and years to come.
To remain employed with our company you must be diligent in keeping the agreed upon work schedule with no excuses, meet the quota making 30 dials per hour or 90 dials per 3 hour shift, and average a minimum of 1 appointment set per hour.
