Cold Calling - Appointment Setter(Hourly+Bonuses)

I publish a neighborhood magazine for a very affluent community. Businesses purchase ads in the publication. The goal of an appointment setter is to set up calls with either the owner or decision maker who can purchase advertising. I need 2 outbounder's to make calls on Monday morning from 9am-3pm MST(Mountain Standard Time). I will provide a script of what to say. We have found that this script allows for an inexperienced call setter to set at least 1 appointment for every 10 calls made(roughly). Business owners want to reach this really affluent neighborhood, that's why we have such a great success rate with this phone script. You will be using OB Dialer. You will be trained fully, to the point where you will feel very comfortable in this role.

Bonuses will be given for consistent performance and hard work.
